There has been quite a bit of interest in the property recently.  As I originally was interested in selling the three lots together, but since I have had such great interest in this corner lot, as opposed to all three together, I have decided that I will separate them, and offer just this one corner lot with the building. Behind the building is the town owned public parking lot, which is where many tourists stop after crossing the border.  The river is pretty and changes with the tide from the Bay of Fundy.   The building was originally a take-out restaurant, then changed to an ice cream stand.  The most recent use of the building for some time was a currency exchange, however when the dollar was at par, there was no need for a currency exchange.
