If you would like to have your listing here on our page that is advertised nationwide, in both the United States of America & Canada, through Google search engines & their partners, please read the following.
1: Our advertising works, because you found us!
2: We will need a few pictures of the property to place on our site so that viewers can see what you are advertising instead of just reading about how nice your place would be if they could see it.
3: Though I am doing this myself, it takes a lot of time and effort to keep the site up (domain, hosting, advertising costs, pepsi to keep me awake, etc.) and keep it current so I am forced to charge a fee to help offset some of that. It is a one time charge based on the length you wish for your ad to run.
Fees for ads:
One ad with up to 5 pictures - $250 for one calendar year
One ad with up to 10 pictures - $365 for one calendar year
4: Ad fees must be paid, in full, up front, before any ad is placed on our site.
5: All contact info on your ad will be your own. I am not a realtor, simply a guy trying to sell his property. If you want to reach out and try to sell yours as well, your info will be here for interested buyers to contact you directly avoiding the high costs associated with realtors.
6: To place an ad, simply contact me via email letting me know that you'd like to run an ad with us and I'll let you know when I'm ready for you to send the pics/description as well as where to send payment.
