This is a picture from the Department of Natural Resources.  It was the most current picture they had as of 1-26-2009.

With Photoshop, I have taken a yellow paintbrush and outlined the approximate property line.  My hands aren't that steady, especially when using the mouse, but you get the general idea.

Next, I took a blue paintbrush, and added in the right-of-way from the main road to the entrance of the property.  The right-of-way, is deeded in, and runs down the side of the Highway Dept. which is the round building you see on the sand lot just off the corner of the property.

Third, I used a red paintbrush to mark the approx water level when the tide is in.  As this is obviously low tide in the picture. 

EDIT: The water actually goes right up to the road as you will see in the bottom set of pictures.  They are B&W but they will show you the actual high tide water level, and a view of the property from the other side of the island.

Lastly, I used the green paintbrush to show where Highway 774 runs past the lot.  For an additional unmarked reference point, the road that forks off across from the right-of-way is Back Road.

To the best of our knowledge, the aquaculture tanks (white circles in the water) have been removed as they lost their lease with the government.  We have not been up to the property recently to verify, but to the best of our knowledge, they are no longer there.
